This is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) emergency acquisition under FAR Part 18 for manufacture of the CONT,MULTI-LOOP PRO (CAGE 09TT2, ref. FAC-2100-DC-28-C), and no drawings or technical data are available. Offerors must meet MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, and E06 inspection/acceptance-at-source requirements, and must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Award is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer unless proof of authorized-distributor status is provided; non-manufacturers must identify the OEM CAGE code and offered part number. Invoicing and receiving reports must be submitted electronically through PIEE-WAWF, with EDA registration recommended. Changes in production facility require Contracting Officer approval, must not affect small-business/labor-surplus requirements, delivery, or FOB point, and require a $250 price reduction.
