The contractor must meet specified quality, marking (MIL-STD-129 Rev R), and packaging (MIL-STD-2073) requirements, with inspection and acceptance at source under E06. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis under FAR Part 18 Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities.
