Drawings or technical data are not available; non-manufacturers must identify the OEM CAGE code and offered part number, and award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer. Inspection and acceptance will be at source under DLA Procurement Note E06, with contractor inspection records retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Packaging, preservation, packing, and marking must comply with MIL-STD-2073 and MIL-STD-130, invoicing/receiving reports must be submitted electronically through PIEE-WAWF, and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification level requirements also apply. A production facility change requires Contracting Officer approval and is subject to a $250 price reduction to cover Government administrative costs.
