This procurement covers manufacture and quality requirements for a RECEIVER identified by CAGE 04034, ref. no. RE-245910, with no drawings or technical data available. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis under FAR Part 18 emergency acquisition flexibilities; non-manufacturers must identify the OEM CAGE code and part number, and award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the OEM item with proof on company letterhead. Inspection and acceptance are at source per DLA Procurement Note E06, and preservation, packaging, packing, and marking must comply with MIL-STD-2073 and MIL-STD-130. Invoicing and receiving reports must be submitted electronically through PIEE-WAWF, and inspection records must be kept available to the government for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Any change in production facility requires Contracting Officer approval, with a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs unless approved.
