This is a fixed-price contract for the inspection and acceptance of a TRAINING AMPLIFIER, a non-commercial item identified by a specific CAGE code and reference number. Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements, must maintain quality records for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and must comply with MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements. Additional mandatory requirements include cybersecurity maturity model certification (CMMC) levels and compliance with Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act prohibitions. The contract also restricts production facility changes without Contracting Officer approval and includes a $250 administrative fee for approved changes.
