This is a DLA/NAVSUP requirement for manufacture of a BLADE,TURBINE ENGIN (CAGE 07482, ref. L47571P01) with Higher Level Inspection and ISO 9001 quality requirements. Award will be evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria under FAR Part 12 commercial acquisition and FAR Part 18 emergency acquisition flexibilities. Drawings or technical data are not available, and non-manufacturers must identify the OEM CAGE code and part number being offered. Authorized distributor proof must be provided on company letterhead signed by a responsible official for award consideration. Inspection and acceptance are at source, packaging and marking must follow MIL-STD-2073 and MIL-STD-130, invoicing/receiving reports must be submitted electronically through PIEE/WAWF, and production facility changes require Contracting Officer approval plus a $250 administrative price reduction.
