The government intends to award a contract on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit capability statements or proposals for consideration. The government will decide whether to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses. The solicitation will not follow FAR Part 12 commercial acquisition policies. Interested parties may express their ability to provide a commercial product.
