Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria under FAR Part 12 commercial procedures and FAR Part 18 Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities. Offerors that are not the manufacturer must identify the OEM CAGE code and part number, and award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item. Any resulting order requires electronic invoice and receiving report submission through PIEE-WAWF, with inspection at source, packaging per MIL-STD-2073, and marking per MIL-STD-130.
