This is a solicitation for the manufacture of a TRAY ASSEMBLY, RECEI, with inspection and acceptance at a source location to be specified. The award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, and contractors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item. Performance of work is prohibited at any location other than that named in the contract without specific written approval from the Contracting Officer, and such requests require a supporting price reduction of $250.00. All resulting orders will require electronic submission of invoices through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
