This is a solicitation for the manufacture of a 28V power supply module (MDL,PS,28V) under a fixed-price contract, with award to be made using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. The work must be performed at the production facility named in the contract, and any request to change that location requires a written request and a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs. Inspection of the material and its packaging will occur at locations to be specified by the contractor's CAGE code and address. All invoices and receiving reports must be submitted electronically through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
