This is a solicitation for the manufacture of a BACKPLANE ASSEMBLY, with award to be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. The work must be performed at the production facility named in the contract unless a written change is approved by the Contracting Officer, which requires a $250 administrative cost reduction. Inspection of supplies is at a fixed price, and final acceptance location is to be specified.
