This is a commercial acquisition for the manufacture of a butterfly valve, to be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The work must be performed at the production facility named in the contract unless a written change is approved, which requires a $250 administrative cost reduction. The contractor is responsible for inspection and must maintain related records for 365 days after final delivery. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item and provide proof with their quote.
