This is a contract for the manufacture of a POWER SUPPLY, with inspection and acceptance at a source location to be specified by the contractor. The award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Performance of the work is prohibited at any location other than that named in the contract without specific written approval from the Contracting Officer, and any request for a production facility change must be supported by a price reduction of $250.00. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements and must maintain related records for 365 days after final delivery. Any resulting order will require electronic submission of invoices and receiving reports through the PIEE-WAWF system.
