The Defense Logistics Agency has a total small-business set-aside, FAR Part 18 emergency acquisition for manufacture of a specified CIRCUIT BREAKER (CAGE 27192, ref. 97-3600-GR1) meeting MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements. Drawings or technical data are not available, and non-manufacturer offerors must identify the OEM CAGE code and part number; distributor award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item. Offerors must provide non-certified pricing support/cost information sufficient to establish fair and reasonable pricing. Inspection and acceptance are at source under DLA procurement note E06, and inspection records must be kept available during performance and for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Electronic invoice and receiving report submission through PIEE-WAWF is required for any resulting order.
