Controlled drawings are expected to be available on SAM.gov within two weeks from the posted date, with access requested through the Data Custodian listed on an approved DD2345. The item must meet higher-level quality and inspection requirements including ISO-9001, be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use, and comply with marking, configuration control, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.
