Offerors must submit pricing support such as an estimated informal cost breakdown, prior sales invoices, or other cost/price information and must ensure a 60-day quote validity. If not the manufacturer, the offeror must identify the OEM’s CAGE code and part number, and award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer with proof provided on company letterhead. Any resulting order will require electronic invoice and receiving report submission through PIEE-WAWF, and contractors are encouraged to register in PIEE EDA for order/contract visibility.
