Offerors that are not the manufacturer must identify the OEM CAGE code and part number, and award consideration is limited to authorized distributors unless proof of authorization is provided. The item must be marked per MIL-STD-130 and packaged per MIL-STD-2073, with contractor-responsible inspection/quality compliance, government inspection and acceptance at source under DLA note E06, and records retained 365 days after final delivery. Delivery is to be proposed as days ARO, accelerated CASREP delivery is encouraged at no additional cost, and the quote validity is requested for 90 days from quote submission.
