The item must be marked per MIL-STD-130 Rev N, be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use, and be produced under an ISO 9001 quality system with records retained 365 calendar days after final delivery. Packaging, preservation, and marking must follow the contract schedule and MIL-STD-2073, and inspection/acceptance is at source. Offerors proposing as distributors/dealers must document authorized-distributor status and provide the OEM CAGE code and part number if not the manufacturer. A production-facility change requires written Contracting Officer approval, must not alter required small-business/labor-surplus performance, delivery, or FOB terms, and must be supported by a $250 price reduction.
