This requirement is for manufacture of a Circuit Card Assembly, CAGE 13058 reference 230028-2, used in the MD-1286/SPN-43C Radar Modulator, with higher-level inspection to MIL-I-45208 and soldering to IPC J-STD-001 Class 3. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. The contractor must mark items per MIL-STD-130, package per MIL-STD-2073, and retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Refurbished material is not acceptable; non-manufacturers must identify the OEM CAGE code and part number, and distributor/dealer traceability requirements apply. Any production facility change requires Contracting Officer approval and a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs.
