The item must be marked per MIL-STD-130, packaged per MIL-STD-2073, and inspected/accepted at source under DLA Procurement Note E06. Any resulting order requires electronic Invoice and Receiving Report (COMBO) submission through PIEE-WAWF, and inspection records must be retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
