This procurement is for manufacture and quality assurance of a Circuit Card Assembly identified by CAGE 0BPH5, reference 17-40725-1. The item must comply with MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging, and inspection/acceptance is at source under DLA Procurement Note E06. Contractors must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer will be considered; refurbished material is unacceptable, and non-manufacturers must provide the OEM CAGE code and part number. Production facility changes require Contracting Officer approval and a $250 price reduction, and invoices/receiving reports must be submitted electronically through PIEE-WAWF.
