The government requires manufacture of a low-pressure rotor (ROTOR, LOW PRESSURE) to CAGE 90099 ref. 616F038H01, under higher-level inspection and an ISO 9001 quality system. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria, and refurbished material is unacceptable; distributors/dealers must provide authorized-distributor/OEM traceability. The rotor must be mercury-free for submarine/surface ship use, marked to MIL-STD-129, and packaged to MIL-STD-2073. Inspection and acceptance are at source under DLA Procurement Note E06, and any resulting order requires electronic invoice/receiving report submission through PIEE-WAWF. Production facility changes require written Contracting Officer approval and a $250.00 administrative price reduction.
