The government seeks manufacture and quality assurance for a TUNABLE DOWN CONVER conforming to CAGE 91417 reference ARDD-LX70, marked per MIL-STD-130 and packaged per MIL-STD-2073. Offerors that are not the manufacturer must identify the OEM CAGE code and part number; refurbished material is unacceptable, and only authorized OEM distributors will be considered for award. Award will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, with inspection and acceptance at source under DLA Procurement Note E06. Contractors must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and any approved change in production facility requires a $250.00 price reduction to cover government administrative costs. Invoicing and receiving reports must be submitted electronically via PIEE/WAWF.
