This procurement covers the manufacture and quality requirements for an ASSY, RECT & PANEL that must conform to CAGE 38200 reference number 148968-1 and be marked per MIL-STD-130. Contractors are responsible for all specified inspection and compliance, must maintain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery, and must package per MIL-STD-2073. Award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer; otherwise, offerors must identify the OEM CAGE code and part number, and refurbished material is not acceptable. Changes in design, material servicing, or part number require written NAVICP-MECH Contracting Officer approval prior to substitution. Approved changes to production facilities require Contracting Officer approval and a $250 price reduction to cover government administrative costs.
