The contractor is responsible for all quality assurance and must comply with MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD 2073 packaging requirements. Offers must include a 60-day quote validity, and if you are not the manufacturer, you must state the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and CAGE code. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered for award. Performance of work is restricted to the named production facility unless a change is approved by the Contracting Officer.
