This opportunity is for the manufacture and supply of a CROSS ELEVATION MOT, with inspection and acceptance required at the source. The contract will be awarded based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Performance of work is restricted to the named production facility unless a change is approved by the Contracting Officer, with a $250 price reduction required to cover administrative costs for such a change. Offerors must identify the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and their CAGE code if they are not the manufacturer, and authorized distributors must provide proof of authorization. The item must be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-130, and all inspection records must be kept for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
