This is a fixed-price contract for the manufacture of a CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY, with inspection and acceptance at a source location to be specified by the contractor. The work must be performed at the production facility named in the contract, and any request to change that location requires a $250 price reduction to cover administrative costs. The contractor is responsible for inspection and must maintain related records for 365 days after final delivery. Offerors must provide the manufacturer's CAGE code and part number if they are not the OEM, and authorized distributors must provide proof of authorization. The order will require electronic invoicing through the PIEE-WAWF system.
