This is a fixed-price supply contract for a HUB,BKPLT& ACT UNIT (CAGE U7387, ref. no. 697210001), issued under emergency acquisition authority. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer will be considered, and proposed items must have full OEM traceability with a CAGE code and part number; refurbished material is not acceptable. The item must meet MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements, with inspection and acceptance at source. Contractors must submit invoices and receiving reports electronically via PIEE-WAWF, and maintain inspection records for 365 days after final delivery. All work must be performed at the facility named in the contract, and changes to production facilities require prior Contracting Officer approval with a $250 price reduction.
