This is a solicitation for the manufacture of a Rotary Pump Unit, with performance requiring approval for any change to the named production facility. The evaluation for award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Inspection of the material and final acceptance will occur at locations to be specified by the offeror. All resulting orders will require electronic invoicing through the Wide Area Workflow system. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer and provide proof with their quote.
