Based on market research, these items are not commercial items under the definition of FAR 2.101, therefore the Government does not plan to use the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Current known supplier of these items is Gardner Denver Nash, Cage Code 42280. This synopsis notice will expire 15 days after the initial date of posting – September 1, 2020.
