DLA Maritime Mechanicsburg is seeking sources capable of supplying the following item: NSN: TBD MICROWAVE SPECTRUM ANALYZER IAW PURCHASE DESCRIPTION SCAT: 4338 (ATTACHED) FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The government’s intent is to issue a firm fixed price long term indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for a period of 3 base years and 2 one year option periods. All interested parties will be required to submit a technical proposal demonstrating how your item meets each part of the specification (PURCHASE DESCRIPTION SCAT: 4338, attached) and those that are approved by Naval Research Laboratories will then be required to submit bid samples for testing to NRL as well. Pricing will then be requested from each source that receives approval of their technical proposals and bid samples. Sources capable of and interested in supplying this item should complete the attached market survey form. The attached solicitation is being issued to establish a 5 year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for the following item: NSN: TBD MICROWAVE SPECTRUM ANALYZER IAW PURCHASE DESCRIPTION SCAT 4338 (INCLUDED AS AN ATTACHMENT TO THE RFP) THIS IS BEING SOLICITED AS FULL AND OPEN UNRESTRICTED COMPETITION IAW FAR PART 12 FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price IDIQ contract for a period of 3 base years and 2 one year option periods. All interested parties are required to submit a technical proposal by the solicitation closing date demonstrating how your item meets each part of the specification (Purchase Description SCAT 4338, included as an attachment to the RFP). Those sources whose technical proposals are approved by Naval Research Laboratories will then be required to submit bid samples for testing by NRL as well. Pricing will then be requested from those sources that receive bid sample testing approval.
