SOLICITATION SPRMM118RHB78 IS HEREBY ISSUED 17 JAN 2019 BASED ON THE PRESOLICITION NOTICE. A COMPLETE COPY OF THE SOLICIATION IS ATTACHED. THE SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE IS 19 FEB 2019. DLA Maritime Mechanicsburg is seeking sources capable of supplying the following item: NSN 7ZH 6625-01-662-0501 METER, AUDIO LEVEL IAW PURCHASE DESCRIPTION SCAT: 4737 (ATTACHED) FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The government's intent is to issue a 5 year firm fixed price long term indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract (3 base years and 2 one year option periods). All interested parties will be required to submit a technical proposal demonstrating how your item meets each part of the specification (PURCHASE DESCRIPTION SCAT: 4737) and those that are approved by Naval Research Laboratories will then be required to submit bid samples for testing to NRL as well. Pricing will then be requested from each source that receives approval of their technical proposals and bid samples. Sources capable of and interested in supplying this item should complete the attached market survey form.
