This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is SPRMM1-21-Q-TB22. All references to “offers” are changed to quotations. See the attached documents for all other details.
