DLA is looking for items tha... 66 – Voltage Standard 5-Year IDIQ DLA MARITIME Mechanicsburg is considering a solicitation and subsequent award of a 5 year long term contact for the item described below. DLA is looking for items that meet all requirements under the attached purchase description (PD) (SCAT 4345). If you feel you have an item that meets all requirements it is requested that you respond to this market survey providing answers to the questions below. Interested parties will be included on the solicitation mailing list and will first be required to submit a technical proposal showing how the item you are ordering meets the requirement on the PD. Responses received will be forwarded to Naval Research Laboratories (NRL) for a comparison of the item you are proposing to the PD. If approval of your technical proposal is received, you will then be required to submit bid samples to NRL for review and testing and if approval is received for the BSTs you will then be requested to submit a price proposal. Pricing is not being requested at this time. Pricing will be requested for all sources that obtain approval of technical proposals and Bid Sample Testing. Anticipated contract structure is a 3-year base period, plus two 1-year option periods.
