The Government intends to issue a long term Requirements contract for one (1) base year and four (4) option years to procure associated NSN’s for the ARP/SPS-75 Radar System (list of parts is on the solicitation (112 NSN’s). The technical data package (TDP) is proprietary to the original manufacturer, Hensoldt Inc, Cage Code 7Y2U0. The FOB point is Origin. If you are interested in becoming a supplier of the items for this Radar System, a source approval request (SAR) must be submitted and approved by the in-site engineering authority (ISEA) prior to supplier approval. All parties (with the exception of the OEM) must submit traceability documentation back to the OEM in accordance with local clauses DLATERMHZ01 C03 Contractor Retention of Supply Chain Traceability and DLATERMHZ03 L04 Offers for Part Numbered Items. Offers submitted without the required traceability documentation will be considered non-responsive and will be ineligible for award. Source inspection is required. Pricing for the RFP is requested to be valid for 120 days. A list of all 112 NSNs and Part Numbers is attached to this notice along with the solicitation. Proposal submit due date is February 2, 2021. If you require additional time to complete and submit your proposal, please notify the contracting officer prior to this date.

DLA Maritime Mechanicsburg is preparing to solicit for a long term requirements contract in accordance with FAR 16.503, for a period of 5 years (three (3) base years and two (2) option year periods) for the items listed in the attachment. The items in this LTC are all part of the ARP/ SPS-75 Radar System, providing various functions. The SPS-75 System is a modular, highly reliable, countermeasure-resistant, medium range air and surface surveillance system. Qualified source: The current supplier(s) of these items is Hensoldt Inc, Cage Code 7Y2U0. However, if you are interested in becoming a supplier of this item and have the data and drawings to manufacture it or an alternate item with the same capabilities please contact ronald.matthews@dla.mil to request a market survey and sources approval request (SAR). Already approved sources need not submit a market survey - approved sources will be sent the solicitation as soon as it's available. Note: There are 112 parts on the attached list. There are numerous FSCs and NAICS codes but the system does not allow more than one in the selection menu.
