The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein.\\ IN ACCORDANCE WITH DFAR 217.7301, CONTRACTORS SHALL IDENTIFY THEIR SOURCES OF SUPPLY IN CONTRACTS FOR SUPPLIES.
