The government anti... This notice is for a Handheld Spectrum Analyzer; which shall be manufactured in accordance with SCAT 4341, dated 23 April 2019. The purchase description is attached to this notice. The government anticipates issuing a firm-fixed price 5-year IDIQ contract with an estimated yearly quantity of 50 units each. The government plans to issue a single award. The planned contract periods are three base years, and two one-year option periods. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Products Lists (QPLs), Qualified Product Databases (QPDs), Military Handbooks, and other standardized documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP) at Document Automation and Production Service (DAPS) in Philadelphia, PA. NOTE: Patterns, Drawings, Deviation Lists, Purchase Descriptions, etc. are NOT stocked at DODSSP. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from ASSIST-Online at: http://quicksearch.dla.mil/.
