DLA Maritime-Mechanicsburg intends to issue, negotiate, and award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract (see FAR 16.504) to Cornet Technology Inc. (Cage Code 0KPC5) for the acquisition of the below listed items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one or a limited number of responsible sources will satisfy agency requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated contract structure is a 3 Year Base Ordering Period plus 2 one-year options. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part.
