The primary purposes of this notice are as follows: Conduct market research to determine if other sources capable of satisfying the agency’s requirements exist and if commercial items or non-developmental items are available that meet the agency’s requirements. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
