Detailed Information Contracting Office: DLA Aviation Address: 6051 Gum Lane, Hill AFB, UT 84056 The Government anticipates awarding a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with five (5) one-year ordering periods for the following item: Noun: F-16 Power Supply NSN: 6130-01-585-9805 WF P/N: 580717 Estimated Maximum Quantity: 114 EA Destination: TBD Estimated Delivery Schedule: TBD Set-aside: It is NOT expected that this requirement will be set-aside for small businesses Statements Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), Justification: Supplies required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the following firms: Shigamo (CAGE 0LRG2) Based upon market research, the Government is not planning on using policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements.
