The requirement is for a Power Supply, NSN 6130014571188WF, P/N 16VE584025-5 / 3129307-5, estimated quantity 26 EA, with destination DTW004 and an estimated delivery schedule of 16 June 2028. The requirement is not expected to be set aside for small businesses and is justified under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources. Interested small businesses may contact Raytheon Company (CAGE 96214) or Lockheed Martin Corp (CAGE 81755) regarding subcontracting opportunities. The Government does not plan to use commercial-item acquisition policies, but interested parties may identify commercial-item interest/capability, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.
