This is a Request for Industry Comments for market research to inform a future Performance-Based Logistics contract supporting F-15 components at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The anticipated contract structure is one five-year base period followed by one five-year option period. The primary requirement is the lifecycle management, including manufacture and remanufacture, of F-15 Pitch and Roll Channel Assemblies and Aileron Rudder Interconnect units to improve availability, with potential to add other Moog Inc. OEM components in the future. The contractor will be required to utilize the Air Force overhaul facility at Hill AFB through a partnership, keeping touch labor organic. The Government is seeking industry capability statements and feedback on the contracting approach.
