F-15E Heat Sink Assembly Remanufacture This synopsis is to provide notice that a solicitation will be issued for a requirements type long-term contract with Collins Aerospace. The purpose of this acquisition will be to obtain remanufacture support for F-15E heat sink assemblies, NSN 1630-01-652-8251. This contract will be negotiated on a sole source basis using other than full and open competition as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1 with: Goodrich Corporation DBA: Collins Aerospace 101 Waco St Troy, Ohio 45373-3872, United States CAGE: 97153 The contract will be structured as a 1-for-1 exchange program. Under the 1-for-1 exchange period, the Contractor will be required to propose a Price per Exchange (PPE) to deliver a remanufactured, serviceable F-15 heat sink in exchange for an unserviceable F-15 heat sink. The heat sink exchange contract will be awarded on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with a 2-year base period and two 4-year option periods. The total duration of the contract will not exceed 10 years.
