The VCDM is integrated onto the vehicle Ethernet and Controller Areas Network (CAN) busses supporting high speed data transfer between the VCDM LRUs and the SPH and CAT platforms. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP), detailed drawings, and performance specifications for this item. As such, the Government does not have a complete TDP or software package sufficient for competition.
