Sources Sought Notice: 2021-DLA-00387 Beta.SAM Posting: Item Name: POWER SUPPLY NSN: 6120-01-535-5573 Part Number: 12467385-2 (60132/3/2) Quantity: 26 MIN/650 MAX End Item: M1A2 Abrams Response Date: February 15th, 2021 Requirements Description: The customized military-grade Power Supply is a vital part of the Improved Gunner’s Control Display Panel (P/N: 12467510-3) which is used on the M1A2 ABRAMS TANK Continuous Electronic Enhancement Program (CEEP) & System Enhancement Package (SEP). The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) that defines the procedures required to produce this POWER SUPPLY. Additionally, these sources sought notice is not for a developmental effort, but a 5 (five) year, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This item is source controlled to RANTEC POWER SYSTE, CAGE 60132. It is a critical item used on the M1A2 ABRAMS TANK Continuous Electronic Enhancement Program (CEEP) & System Enhancement Package (SEP). A substitute item shall not be used without prior approval by TACOM. It is imperative for the procuring activity to ensure, at the time of contract award, this product meets and demonstrates compliance to established performance, design, test, manufacture, and acceptance requirements as specified in TDPL 12467385-3:19207.
