The Technical Data Package (TDP) is source controlled to Luminescent Systems, Inc. (cage 14550). The actual solicitation will post on or around September 9, 2019. Please see solicitation for actual due date. The closing date of the solicitation is 12-24-2019 Amendment 0001 is being issued to extend the closing date of the solicitaion until 1-24-2020. See attached solicitation amendment. 1-6-2020 - amendment 0002 is being issued to change the guaranteed minimum order quantity from 24 each to 118 each.
