Synopsis – SPRDL1-25-R-0132 ***************************************************************************************** The Defense Logistics Agency – Land, Warren anticipates issuing a solicitation that will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the following item: Item: Oil Pump Assembly, Engine NSN: 2815-01-433-9603 Quantity: 59 each Option: 100% FOB: Destination Technical Data is available for this procurement. The solicitation should be released to the web on or about 13 May 2025. See the solicitation for actual closing date. Once available, the solicitation can be downloaded from SAM.gov (https://www.SAM.gov). Joint Certification Program (Export Control): You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the Technical Data Package (TDP) for this solicitation, via Contract Opportunities (www.SAM.gov). To register, or to re-register, please select the DD Form 2345 link from the Joint Certification Program (JCP) Home page (https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/) and follow the instructions for completion, noting the required documentation to submit with the form. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. This item is NOT A COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE ITEM and requires specialized manufacturing capabilities. 4.0 Quality and Testing Requirements Standards: MIL-STD-1916 applies. Quality Management System (QMS): Higher Level Contract Quality System requirement. Suppliers must possess a QMS certified to ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent. First Article Testing (FAT): FAT will be required. FAT report due within 120 days of contract award.
