The purposes of this Amendment 0003 is to extend the closing date for solicitation SPRDL1-24-Q-0104, decrease the maximum quantity of the long term contract, and change the FOB. 1. Solicitation SPRDL1-24-Q-0104 closing date will be extended from 09 Sep 2024 through 24 Sep 2024. 2. The maximum quantity is decreased from 69 each to 55 each. CLIN 0011 estimate remains the same, but CLINs 0012 - 0015 estimate updates are found in the following pages. 3. FOB is changed from Destination to "Origin". All applicable narratives and clauses have been added to this amendment. 4. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. The purpose of this Amendment 0002 to Solicitation SPRDL1-24-Q-0104 is to update one of the required part numbers. 1 . Oshkosh approved part number is corrected to 3832630. Part number 3910466 is no longer valid. 2. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. The purposes of this Amendment 0001 is to extend the closing date and change the competitive status for solicitation SPRDL1-24-Q-0104. 1. Solicitation SPRDL1-24-Q-0104 closing date will be extended through 09 Sep 2024. 2. This solicitation has been changed to "Other Than Full and Open" (OTFO) competitive status from a 110% Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA). All SBSA narratives and clauses are no longer applicable, and OTFO narratives and clauses have been added as result of this action. 3. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. This Solicitation is providing information for a Firm-Fixed Price procurement. This will be for a 5-Year Long Term Contract (LTC).
