DLA Land Warren is issuing a solicitation that it anticipates will result in a firm-fixed price three-year Requirements type contract for the following item: NSN: 2520-01-625-7876 Noun: TRANSMISSION, HYDRAULIC Part Number: 57K6233 (CAGE 19207) Good Faith Estimated Quantity: 9,000 each FOB: Destination Special Packaging Instructions (SPI) AK16257876 is posted with the technical data package. Amendments 0001 and 0002 are also issued and revise Clause 252.211-7003 ITEM UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION AND VALUATION. REVERSE AUCTION - The solicitation will contain Narrative L.13, Reverse Auction, which allows forthe use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the Contracting Officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction.
