SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Item Name: Electronic Component NSN: 5998-01-632-1046 Part Number: PE71878-2 Quantity: 10 each End Item: Next Generation Automatic Test System RESPONSE DATE: 22 FEB 2022 Requirements Description: This interface enables the Next Generation Automatic Test System (NGATS) test station to test Bradley FVS, Abrams M1A1 SA, Abrams M1A2 SEP V2 & V3 LRUs and SRUs. Fielding of NGATS will begin to active units in FY21, 1st Quarter. Because this is Test Program Hardware (TPH) for Bradley and Abrams, the PM will not be providing initial spare support. The Inter Connective Device (ICD) #2 emulates the Combined Support Functions Module (CSFM), Programmable Load Module (PLM), Thermal Signal Module (TSM) and General Purpose Interface Assembly (GPIA) functions that were all separate modules for the Direct Support Electrical System Test Set (DSESTS).
