Amendment 0002 to Solicitation SPRDL1-21-Q-0021: 1. SPRDL1-21-Q-0021 Amendment 0002 recinds Class Deviation 2021-O0001, issued on November 20, 2020 and the revised deviation issued January 6, 2021. As a result of the Class Deviation 2021-O0001 rescission clause IA70129, 252.222-7999, Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping (DEVIATION 2020-O0021), clause 252.222-7999 has been deleted from Solicitation SPRDL1-21-Q-0021. 2. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. Amendment 0001 to solicitation SPRDL1-21-Q-0021 is to update Approved Source, JCB, Inc. (CAGE 0JKF0), part number from 332/F0921 to currentt part number 400/C2670. This is the only approved part number from JCB, Inc. that will be accepted by the Government. ZF Commercial Suspension Systems & Components LLC (CAGE 43CA4) part number 4656 056 113 is also approved for this Solicitation. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. This Solicitation is a procurement for a Firm Fixed Price contract for a Manufacturer's Part #, and is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS: 333613/750 employees).
